Callum Hudson-Odoi will sign new Chelsea deal on one condition
Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is understood to want assurances over regular gametime in order to commit his future to the west London side.
The teenager only became a regular under Maurizio Sarri during the final months of the previous season but his campaign was cut short by an Achilles tendon damage.
According to The Sun, the Blues are desperate to keep hold of their graduate, considering they have recently sanctioned the sale of Eden Hazard to Real Madrid.
However, they have yet to make progress over an extension with Hudson-Odoi wanting guarantees that he would be presented with regular first-team football next term and beyond.
Hudson-Odoi has 12 months remaining on his existing deal with the Blues and there has been widespread interest in signing him from the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.
He was initially predicted to remain sidelined for the rest of the year but recent reports have suggested that he could make a return within a month of the new Premier League season.
